A SAFF Engenharia nasceu da iniciativa dos seus sócios, Hugo Rocha, João Paulo e Leandro Azevedo, de colocar à disposição do mercado seus vários anos de experiência em projetos e consultoria voltados aos mercados de Mineração, Saneamento, Energia, Infraestrutura, Agrícola e Indústria com um propósito em particular:

Hugo Rocha
Sócio-Diretor
Engenheiro Civil (UFOP) e Mestre em Hidráulica e Saneamento (USP). Tem 20 anos de experiência na elaboração de projetos de Barragens de Água e Rejeitos, em consultorias voltadas a Segurança de Barragens e na elaboração de Estudos Hidrológicos, Hidráulicos e Geotécnicos em geral. Também possui experiência em Gerenciamento de Projetos, Liderança de Equipes Multidisciplinares, Planejamento Estratégico, Desenvolvimento de Novos Negócios, Marketing e Negociação.
João Paulo Santos
Sócio-Diretor
Engenheiro de Minas Geotécnico (UFMG) com especialização em Geotecnia (UniCid) e Gerenciamento de Projetos (PUC-MG), Mestre em Civil Engineering & Management (University of Glasgow) e MBA em Finanças (IBMEC). Background em mineração e obras de infraestrutura. Ampla experiência em operação e projetos de barragens de rejeito, pilhas de estéril, trabalhos geotécnicos e geotecnia de mina. Também possui experiência em avaliações de estruturas geotécnicas, “piping” e liquefação, implementação de sistemas de monitoramento e instrumentação e aplicação de metodologias alternativas para avaliação de estruturas críticas
Leandro Azevedo
Sócio-Diretor
Geólogo (UFRuralRJ), Mestre em Engenharia de Minas (UFMG) e Especialista em Engenharia de Recursos Minerais (UFMG). Tem 15 anos de experiência em Mineração, com atuação em Geologia de Curto Prazo e Geotecnia de Cavas, Pilhas e Barragens. Possui também experiência internacional em Geologia de Exploração na África e Coordenação Técnica na América do Sul.
